When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to amend details on an order once submitted or redirect orders for security reasons. Your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. 

Delivery times are estimates only.

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. We cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking email, so that you can monitor its progress whilst in transit

Customers are expected to sign for goods, but our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please note, however, that our service is not a named delivery service: anyone at the designated address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive. After 5 days without communication, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.

Split-Shipment Orders

To expedite delivery, orders with multiple items may ship separately, at no extra charge. Please be aware that split shipments may affect the estimated 2-3 day delivery time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders have an estimated delivery of 2-3 working days from when the order is placed. Tracking is shared once your order is on route to the shipping address.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from the UK

Are duties and tax included in the price or do I have to pay these on delivery?

Duties and Taxes are included in the price, therefore no additional fees are required. If DHL requests further payment, please contact client services at clientservices@victoriabeckham.com 

Can I pay for express or next-day delivery?

Yes, we offer next day delivery for £10 when you place your order before 2pm Monday - Thursday. Please note, we may temporarily remove next day delivery during busy periods such as Sale.

Do you deliver on the weekend?

Yes, we offer Saturday delivery for £10 when ordered before 2pm on Fridays.

What courier companies do you use?

DPD or DHL are available in the UK

DHL for all international and US orders

What do I do if my order is stuck in customs?

All International orders undergo a DHL customs clearance event. Please note this is a DHL process. Should you find your order is stuck in customs, please contact client services at clientservices@victoriabeckham.com with your order number and AWB number.

Will I be charged extra for international shipments?

Customers in the UK will not be charged any additional duty costs on their orders or returns.

How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, a cancellation may not be possible; however, please email your request to clientservices@victoriabeckham.com.

How do I amend the address on my order?

Depending on the status of your order, amending address details may not be possible; however, once tracking details are shared, you can manage your delivery directly with the courier service

How do I change the size of the item in my order?

Once an order has been submitted, item/s cannot be amended or changed

Do you offer a gift wrap service?

We currently do not offer this service

How is my order packed?

All orders are packed in an eco-friendly, non-branded secure black box. Pieces within the parcel are wrapped in branded white tissue paper, and all accessories (leather goods/ belts/ jewellery) are delivered in a branded cloth bag.

What paperwork is added to my order?

No paperwork is added to UK and US orders; however, all ROW (Rest Of the World) will have an invoice form added

I need an invoice for my order, where do I get one?

Please contact clientservices@victoriabeckham.com with your request and the team will provide a copy via email.

When will my payment be taken?

Payment is taken once you submit your order.

InPost Lockers FAQs

How to collect with InPost.

When you select InPost at checkout, they will let you know when your parcel arrives at your chosen location. To open the locker, enter the collection code sent to you, or scan your QR code, or open the door remotely in the app. If you’re using a shop just show your QR code to a staff member.

When can I collect my parcel?

InPost will send you an email the moment your parcel arrives. If you’ve got the app, you’ll also get a notification from them. Most of their lockers are 24/7 so you can pick up whenever it works for you – just make sure you pick up within 3 days.

How long do I have to pick up my parcel?

Once your parcel has landed in your locker of choice, you’ve got 3 days to pick it up. InPost will send you a nudge when there are 24 hours left.

Do you need an ID to collect your parcel?

No you don’t. If you have ordered your parcel to an InPost Shop simply show your QR code to the staff member for them to scan, this contains a pin that can only be used for your parcel.

Can someone else pick up your parcel?

Yes they can - just send them a screenshot of your QR code. Alternatively, they can use your collection code (sent to you via email) and mobile number to grab your goodies.

How do I track my parcel?

You can find your tracking details in the InPost app, or check your inbox for an email from InPost where there’s a handy link to track your parcel.

Why is my nearest InPost Locker not available to deliver to?

Your local InPost Locker might not be an option because it's temporarily full, or out of order. You can check the status of your nearest lockers on the InPost website or app.
