How to Return

1. Request RMA

Initiate your request by accessing our Returns Portal using your order number alongside your email or postal/zip code. After choosing the specific products for return and receiving confirmation, we will provide an email containing your RMA number and a pre-paid shipping label.

2. Prepare your package

Enclose the item(s) you wish to return in the original box. Ensure that the box is securely sealed and the pre-paid returns label is attached to the outside.

3. Dispatch your package

Visit www.dhl.com and select your specific region via the "Choose your location" menu. Locate a nearby DHL Service Point to drop off your package or get in touch with DHL to schedule a collection.

4. Receive refund and confirmation

Once your return is received and inspected by Global-e, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, please allow 5 business days for this process. You will receive an automated email notification as soon as it is complete.

Upon receipt of the return and confirmation that it has been returned in accordance with the applicable requirements, Global-e will reimburse you for the actual paid price of the item(s) returned.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed.

If you have paid import charges in connection with your order (either pre-paid at checkout or paid upon receipt of the order directly to the applicable authority), you acknowledge that 

(a) you must seek reimbursement directly from the applicable authority in your country, 

(b) it will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country, and 

(c) Global-e cannot guarantee that such claim will be successful. If you have pre-paid import charges through at checkout, upon your written request we may exert appropriate efforts to assist you in obtaining reimbursement of such import charges.
