General Exchange Info

We offer an exclusive Instant Exchange service for prompt replacements within 14 days of delivery.

Upon initiating a return through our online portal, clients may select the Instant Exchange service for either an alternative size or a new item. An immediate credit equivalent to the original item's purchase price will be issued, allowing for the placement of a new exchange order.

If the item is less or greater than the original item, a refund for the difference will be initiated or a prompt for further payment will be requested.

Customers are required to ensure their original item is in transit back to our warehouse within 14 days of the Instant Exchange request. Failure to do so will result in the full charge of the exchange order being processed.

Please note that Instant Exchange requests are non-cancellable once submitted. All Instant Exchange orders will be shipped via standard shipping.
