Shop the Show: Autumn Winter 18

We are offering you the opportunity to pre-order your favourite pieces from the runway of our Autumn Winter 18 New York Fashion Week show, before they are available anywhere else.

This exclusive preview will only be available for 7 days, from Monday 12th February to midnight on Sunday 18th February 2018.

*Please note: for all Shop the Show orders, full payment will be taken within 48 hours of you placing your order.

Your Autumn Winter 18 Ready-to-Wear order will be delivered to you between 15th July – 30th September 2018. We will send you a dispatch email as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Shop the Show Orders

Orders may be placed from February 12th when the Autumn Winter 18 runway collection launches on pre-order.

When placing your order on please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we will not be able to redirect your delivery.

Shop the Show items that are placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We will let you know if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. We may choose not to accept your order at our discretion for any reason without liability to you. Examples of occasions we may not accept your order are: that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment; shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn; or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. This includes refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

After submitting an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number, details of the items you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement of your order and is not an acceptance of your order. Order status may take up to 1 hour to update after the order has been placed and payment will be debited from your card within 48 hours. All orders undergo routine security checks.

Making Changes to a Shop the Show Order

Once you have submitted your order, should you require any changes to be made please contact Client Services at +44 20 7501 1122 or [email protected].

We will only be able to process changes to your order and cancellation requests whilst the Shop the Show preview is live, between Monday 12th – Sunday 18th February. After that date, the Autumn Winter 18 Ready-to-Wear collection will no longer be available to purchase until it arrives in stock from July 15th 2018.

If you wish to cancel your order you can do so any time after it has been placed for a full refund.

Shop the Show Returns

When you place a Shop the Show order on, you are welcome to return any item(s) you receive using our free returns service, provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.

Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork.

Items are faulty if they are received damaged. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is deemed faulty you should contact the client services team immediately.

Shop the Show Shipping

The Autumn Winter 18 Ready-to-Wear collection will be delivered between July 15th – September 30th 2018 and you will receive your order dispatch email as soon as your items are shipped to you.

Please note: if you order multiple pre-order items, they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available so you may receive multiple shipments.

Once your items are in stock we ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Collect in store delivery will be available at the Dover Street London & Landmark Hong Kong stores.

For security reasons, all online purchases require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and so anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

If you are unable to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Please note the next day service applies to all major European cities, with outlying areas taking an additional day. Deliveries to Norway and Switzerland may be subject to customs delays outside of our control.
